Friendships that develop between parents at groups can last for years. They give us company in the early months and a chance for our children to meet up and make friends. Those friendships carry on through to the nursery drop off, the fifth birthday, the first tooth lost and on! Parents also understand each other, creating a close knit community of families growing up with each other.
