Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly is it?
We are downstairs inside the Cornbow Shopping Centre in Halesowen. If you are coming from the bus station, come inside past Asda and Heron Foods and take the lift/escalator downstairs. If you have parked in the multi-storey, go to the ground floor in the lift/stairs.
Then head out past Costa, Greggs and The Works – we are on the right hand side.
What is parking like?
You can park for free for 3 hours inside the multistorey car park at the shopping centre. If you need to stay longer, just get in touch (there is a small charge for parking longer than 3 hours)
What are the toilet/changing facilities?
Inside the unit we have a singular toilet located upstairs. There is a changing places accessible toilet located within the centre
When are you open?
As we are staffed by volunteers, we have a variable programme. Weekly timetables are posted in the shop windows and online.
